肉の質は多分高いのかと…タレがだし汁ベースでした。この類のタレは脂ですぐに味が濁るので、肉の質が良すぎると相性が…(^◇^;)
ホルモンとの組み合わせは中々良い味でした。贅沢な夕飯でした。御馳走様
A yakiniku restaurant on the way home. I've been interested in it for a long time, so I took a plunge and stopped by the yakiniku alone. The price was reasonable. Not particularly expensive or cheap.
I wonder if the quality of the meat is probably high... The sauce was soup stock. This kind of sauce quickly becomes muddy with fat, so if the quality of the meat is too good, it goes well with... (^◇^;)
The combination with hormones tasted good. It was a luxurious dinner. feast
