E	Eric Oh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A group of locals entered the restaurant with me and i saw the lead waiter (i suppose) cheerfully guided them to their table..when is my turn, when i say "2 persons" in english, his face change and just point to another table by the window and throw me the menu. I was like, so disgusted with the double standards. Next, when i enquired about the buffet, he just bring a separate placards and point to me to read it..the english tranlsated was so vague and since assuming it was a eat-all-you-can, i just proceed with the order with my missus. Please note that this is actually a pre-defined order. Which means all the meats(85%-beef, 5% each for pork, chicken and seafood) indicated are served in a plate..as my missus does not eat beef, she can only take care of the pork and chicken and i have to take care of all the remaining 85% beef..when i ask to top up more pork and chicken, the waiter say no, we could not do that and we must order the entire set again. Why is there a restriction to the menu? This is not a "eat-all-you-can" but "eat-what-i-served". Totally disappointing. I just finish all the meats to avoid additional charges and leave the restaurant. To add on to our misery, all other locals will be served with covering cloth to cover their bags and clothes but only we, the tourists, are not entitled to this. Totally discrimination! Sadden to say, this is the worst encounter i have in my 1st trip to japan.

You are not allowed to reorder if you can't finish the whole set. Waste money. Eat all u can but it doesn't allow u to order more. Worse experience i ever have in japan.. don't go there if you do not want to spoilt your holiday mood.

The sets are easy to understand, the atmosphere casual but classy. Good selection of drinks and the food quality is good. I had a lot of fun with my partner cooking up the various cuts of meat and vegetables, and the counter booths made it even cosier. Hot tip for foreigners - your bags go in a little draw under your chair. ? Also, the beef shortrib is rich and smooth, and the salted pork back ribs are ever so moreish.
