★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初にしか注文できない塩かルビ？最高です。ハツ系の美味しいお店で焼くのも焼かないのも美味しいです。普段はハツは食べないのですが、ここでは食べることができる。というか、塩でいただくと幸せな気持ちになれます。塩のホルモン系の商品を焼き、卵スープに通して卵を絡めて食べると味変でもう一段ギアが入ります。何を食べても丁寧なお仕事をされている美味しいお店です。

お肉は注文してから切り出してくれるので、とても新鮮です。
肉厚でサシの入ったお肉はとってもジューシーで、脂もしつこくなくいくらでも食べられます。
口の中で溶けるお肉では無く、柔らかいのにしっかりと食べ応えのあるお肉です。
個人的にはこういうお肉が好みです。
店内は座敷三席、テーブル三席でこじんまりしていますが、いつも清潔にされてます。
ご主人と奥様の二人で経営されており、
一見さんには入りにくいかもしれませんが、とても気さくなお二人ですので、美味しいお肉をアットホームな環境で頂きたいと言う方はぜひ。

タン塩 脂身が少なくカチカチ
カルビ 安肉
大根サラダは量が多かったです。
ぐるナビなどで評価高いから期待して来たけど残念だわ
ビールが1番美味しかったです。
値段も思ったより安いけど個人店でコレは無いわ
期待してた薄切り塩カルビも大きいのが2枚で残りはクズ肉の盛り合わせ
レバーが好きなので頼んだけどスライスじゃ無いから火が通りにくい
摩り下ろしニンニクが業務用のタッパから移し替えただけの物を提供
風味も味も最悪ですね
店員のおばさんが無愛想
良いところ見つけられないです。

提供時間は少し掛かってしまうのは夫婦二人でされてるので仕方がないと思います。その代わり、一品一品丁寧な処理と味付けがされて提供順番も考えてくれてるようでとても好感を持ちました。薄切りカルビが最初しか注文できないのもプレートが汚れると繊細な味を損なってしまうから美味しく食べて欲しい故の配慮なのかなと思いました。
非常にオススメのお店です。

I thought that the reason why thinly sliced ribs can only be ordered at the beginning is that if the plate gets dirty, the delicate taste will be lost, so I want you to eat it deliciously.
