y	yoshi ken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずっと前に一度行ったことがある店。佐用名物ホルモン焼きうどんを食べに久しぶりに再訪しました。店内の様子は前回来た時とほとんど変わってないようですが一つ前回とは違う点が...。おばちゃんがつけ汁みたいなのを器に入れて出して来ました。コレにはビックリ。前回来た時はこんなの無くて鉄板の上でソースで味付けして完成だったのですが、いつの間にかつけ汁につけて食べるスタイルに変わってます。私の好みは前の方が良かったなと言う印象です。 A store I've been to long ago.
