ランチにステーキ重と有機野菜のサラダを頼みました。 こちらのお店では、お肉と一緒に出汁が出てきます。 出汁を飲みながら、お肉をいただくのですが、肉の旨みと出汁の旨みが調和して、今まで体験した事の無い美味しさに出会えました。 出汁とご飯はおかわりできるそうです。 ボリューム満点なのに、リーズナブルなところも好印象。 午後に備えて、お昼にガッツリいきたい人にオススメです。 (追記) 夜も行ってきました。 焼肉の新しい食べ方を提案してくれる、ユニークなお店です。 他のお店では、タレの濃い味が残りますが、こちらはお塩とお出汁で頂くので、肉本来の旨みが口いっぱいに広がります。 (マリアージュというそうです) 〆の「肉まぶし」も、さらっといけて美味しかったです。 (追記) 愛盛りカレーは、カレーにステーキが乗った、1度で何度もおいしいメニュー。 スパイシーなカレーと、お肉と特製お出汁を一緒にいただく、ゑびす本塵ならではのスタイルが、食欲をそそります。 是非お試しあれ。 (追記) お肉など料理の説明がとても丁寧です。 どれもいい素材を使っているので、説明を聞いてから味わうと、美味しさがアップしますよ。 〆のデザートのライチのシャーベットはめちゃおすすめ。

出汁で食べる牛肉。お猪口に入った牛肉の出汁を口に含み牛肉を食べる。口の中で出汁と牛肉のマリアージュ。牛肉の味をランクアップする。カレーも辛口、甘口を選択出来て昨日は焼肉が乗ったプレート。焼肉も甘いタレではなくて塩のみでシンプルに牛肉そのものの味が楽しめる。ランチ以外に夜の焼肉コースもリーズナブル。

平日12時30分過ぎに。 半数以上は埋まってたけど、しばらくするとみなさん食べ終わって出て行きました。お昼2巡目のお客さんは私含めて4テーブル程。 ・ハラミ定食200g 1400円(税込) 思っていたよりちゃんとしたお肉の量に、しかも美味しいハラミでした!コスパ良いです!! ちょっと変わっているのは、タレではなく塩と出汁で食べるところ。6種類の塩と日本酒の徳利に出汁が用意されています。 最後のしめに、少しのご飯と数枚のお肉を残して、店員さんにお願いすれば、付属の味噌玉と出汁をかけてくれます。 色々変わった食べ方だったけど、お肉が美味しいし、塩と出汁で比較的さっぱり食べられます。 大満足です! ただ、やっぱり少しはタレ×白飯で食べたいなぁ。。

ランチに行きました! ハラミを食べましたけど超美味しかった! お塩が何種類か、あって味変出来たし、〆は出汁で食べるスタイルがオシャレでしたね♪

神田カレーグランプリのスタンプラリー目的で訪問しました。焼肉がメインのお店なので、カレーはなんとなく亜流な感じでしたが、お肉はとても美味しいです。

まず驚くのがカレーを頼んだのにお猪口が出てくるんですよ? 牛出汁のスープなんです。 その後にカレーが出てきます。 スープと一緒に頂くと焼いてないけど牛肉まみれの気分になれて幸せです。 あと、カレーが凄くフルーティーな香りがします。

Difficult to order as the menu is in Japanese without pictures. The owner recommended a dish which was its most expensive but also very good. A truly local place, if you want to eat like a Japanese worker after its day, go there. The owner is nice, the food good quality and nicely prepared.

Really delicious Sukiyaki! Be aware though: the menu is only in Japanese, without any pictures. For us no problem, since we speak a little Japanese and can read quite a few kanji and kana. But even without speaking the language, it's well worth it to go here!! Just ask for ' Sukiyaki' and they will understand for sure. Friendly staff, beautiful quality meat and a nice refreshing beer to go with it. Itadakimasu!
