薬王堂ではワイカカードがあり、各種カードも豊富に使えますがポイント交換だったり入金をすると時間がかかります。また、明らかに1人の客を捌くのに時間がかかりそうなとき、なかなか店員はレジ応援を呼ばず待ってる身としてはイライラします。現状より少し早くレジを稼働してくれると利用者としてはスムーズに買い物ができると思います。
また、カップ麺やカップアイス、ヨーグルトなどを購入したとき商品をスキャンしてそのまま渡されますが「はし（又はスプーンなど）は必要ですか？」など最低限一声こえをかけていただきたいです。
