本来予約制の懐石料理の店のようですが、ランチは「あなごの飯蒸し」か「3段弁当」の2種類から選ぶことができ予約なしでも食べれます。
庭づくり、店づくり、料理ととにかく手作りにこだわり30数年やってらっしゃるようです。お弁当もあるようですが、次回はぜひ懐石料理を頂きたいです。
We visited for lunch and had a delicious "Anago no rice steamed".
Originally it seems like a kaiseki restaurant with a reservation system, but you can choose from two types of lunch, "Steamed Anago Rice" or "3 Step Lunch", and you can eat without reservation.
He seems to have been working for over 30 years, sticking to gardening, shop building, cooking and handmade anyway. There seems to be a lunch box, but I would like to have kaiseki cuisine next time.
