費用は39万円でしたが、営業の方が親切丁寧だったので契約しました。
日程調整の連絡がこない。
連絡の約束の時間に無連絡。
3時間後にこちらから架電すると「まだ、調整がついてないので連絡しなかっただけで、連絡を忘れたわけではありません。」との申し立て。
社会人としてありえない対応。
引越し作業自体は手際が大変良く満足でしたが、荷降ろしの際、作業員4名の予定が3人になっていた。
契約上作業員1名当たり3万円となっていたことから、向こうの出方を見ていると普通に4名分の費用を請求してきました。
作業完了後に遅刻してきた1名がいた事は家族共々把握していましたが、支払い時に集金人は最初からいたとの主張。
動画にも撮影していたため、強きに抗議したところ、なんとか税込32400円の差引に応じました。
しかも差引の際、税分を誤魔化そうとしてくる呆れた対応。
そもそも4人の作業員などいらなかったのですね。
作業自体は悪くないのに、顧客の足下をみたふざけた対応を鑑みると、星一つ。
