★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物凄く暑いですが、日陰は驚くほど風が爽やかでした。蝉の鳴声が真夏です。
 It was extremely hot, but the shade was surprisingly refreshing. The cry of cicadas is midsummer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広大な敷地に池やら芝生やら遊具やらステージやらワイナリーやら美術館やらバーベキュー場などがありジジイの散歩には最適でした。広大すぎて疲れましたが。
越後三山の眺めも良かったです。
There are ponds, lawns, playsets, stages, wineries, museums, barbecue areas, etc. on the vast site, so it was perfect for a walk in Jijii. I'm tired because it's too big.
The view of Echigo Sanzan was also good.

チビッ子から大人まで満喫できると思います。
ウォーキングコースもあって運動不足解消も出来る！
It's a large park with toilets and playsets, so you can't use it now, but you can enjoy barbecue.
I think you can enjoy it from children to adults.
There is also a walking course, so you can solve the lack of exercise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟県南魚沼にある「八色の森公園」は、広々たした敷地に八海山を望みながら遊べる公園。
園内施設は 遊具、バーベキュー場、屋根付き野外ステージ、芝大広間、アグリコア越後ワイナリー、池田記念美術館と老若男女が楽しめるエリアとなっています。
訪問したのは1月の雪が降った後でしたので、公園は雪の原でした。園内の細い道は雪で埋まって通行不可能。
時にそんな景色を見るのも雪国ならではの風情といえるのでしょうか。
"Yaironomori Park" in Minami Uonuma, Niigata Prefecture is a park where you can play while looking at Mt. Hakkai on a spacious site.
The facilities in the park are playset, barbecue area, covered outdoor stage, turf hall, Agricoa Echigo Winery, Ikeda Memorial Museum and an area where men and women of all ages can enjoy themselves.
The park was a snowy field because I visited after the snow in January. The narrow roads in the park are covered with snow and impassable.
Is it a unique atmosphere of a snowy country to see such scenery from time to time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best parks in the area. A giant stage provides shade in summer and is a popular place to set up base for the day. There is a big pond and a few streams flowing around. The bbq area has brick BBQs which can be reserved as well as a sink for washing. There are a selection of different climbing frames for kids and some trampoline-like bouncy cushions. There are also a few giant balls around which kids can borrow and play with. Masses of space to run around and tire out little legs. There is an interesting little museum in the far corner. The winery is just over the road for wine tasting or a delicious lunch, and the Yummy gelato shop is a short walk away if cold refreshments are required.
