ご飯たっぷりの油淋鶏定食も最高ですね～。満足満腹、ごちそうさまでしたm(_ _)m

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入口にアルコール消毒あり、非接触型の検温あります。駐車場隣にあります。店内はあまり広くなく12名位で一杯です。定期的に扉を開けて換気してます。香翠麺と小ライス900円です。麺はストレートでキクラゲや竹の子、白菜、バラ肉などです。餡が絡んで美味しい、万人受けする味です。火傷注意です。ご飯が少し乾燥気味で固かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの炒飯は最高です。さらさらしているけどぱさぱさではなく少ししっとりとした食べ心地、お米や油などが焼けた香ばしさと香り、チャーシューなどの具材や何より細かく刻んだ椎茸の香りとうまみが最高です。ランチは、炒飯と清麺(チンメン)のセットがありますが、清麺もまた最高です。アッサリしているけど深いうまみのスープに、少し乗った生姜がとても美味しい。初めて食べた時、なんて品のある神々しいラーメンなんだと思いました。そして、他の料理も含めて、このお店はなにより「塩梅」が素晴らしい。初めは少し薄いと感じるけど食べているうちに丁度よくなる絶妙な塩味と味付け、料理の丁寧さが本当に素晴らしい。なお、画像は、炒飯と清麺(小)セットと担々麺です。
