実習生のベトナム人も居ますが親方レベルの知識を持ち合わせてるので仕事が早い！
昼休憩には話をしたり寝たりと気ままにw
支店長も一人一人の長所、短所を見極めてるのでいろいろな現場を回していますね。
未経験者にも１から丁寧に教え基礎から学べる環境があります。
外構の仕事なので工期の問題もあるから叱りもあれば褒めもあるのは当たり前であって仕事が終わり事務所に帰れば残ってる仲間で冗談言い合ったり雑談したりと楽しくやってましたw
忘年会などには社長も来てくれてみんなでわいわいコミュニケーションをとってるので良い会社に入れたなと思いましたよ♪
