y	yuki T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供向けの発表会などで何度か伺ってます。建物はリニューアルを入れているようで建物の経年劣化具合とは裏腹にトイレは奇麗目です。清掃も行き届いている感じはします。ただ、ホールを擁している割には駐車場のスペースが少なく、トイレも講演開始直前や終了後のピーク時に耐えれない数量なのは古さを感じます。電車の駅からも遠いので駐車場は重要なファクターだと思いますが、周辺状況を勘案すると拡大することは望み薄ですね。 I have visited several times at presentations for children. The building seems to have been renewed, and the toilet is beautiful, contrary to the deterioration of the building over time. I feel that the cleaning is perfect. However, the parking lot space is small for the hall, and the number of toilets that cannot be tolerated during peak hours just before or after the lecture is old. I think the parking lot is an important factor because it is far from the train station, but considering the surrounding conditions, it is hopeless that it will expand.

t	tomohiko kodama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一階に大小のホールがある市民会館。八千代中央駅から約1kmと距離あるが、バス路線も一時間に一本ぐらいしかなく、車で行くと障がい者用駐車場に停められないコトもある。向かいにあったコンビニがなくなったので、最寄りのコンビニまで徒歩5分ぐらい。今のところ和食チェーン店とラーメン屋は近くにありますけど、いつまで残ってるか？ A civic center with large and small halls on the first floor. It is about 1km from Yachiyo Chuo Station, but there is only one bus line per hour, and there are things that cannot be parked in the parking lot for people with disabilities if you go by car. ミ	ミニベロ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八千代中央駅から徒歩15分くらい。チョット不便ですね。HPには10分と載ってますが、サラリーマンの通勤じゃないんだから、まず10分では無理でしょう。村上駅もほぼ同じ距離だが途中のお店や寄り道のことを考えると八千代中央の方がいいかな。バス停も微妙に遠くイマイチな感じ。市民会館前を通る路線は無いか、もしくは無いに等しい。駐車場はそこそこ広いので大きなイベントじゃなければ問題なく止められると思います。ココは車で行くところですね。駅から微妙に遠いせいか周辺に飲食店は少なく、コンビニも少し歩かないと無い。イベント開催時は中の売店が開くが期待はしないほうがいい。 10年近く前に改装したので古さは感じません。あくまで見る側です。出演者側の設備はわかりません。 About 15 minutes walk from Yachiyo Chuo Station. Murakami station is about the same distance, but considering the shops and detours on the way, I think Yachiyo Chuo is better. The bus stop is also slightly far away and it feels like it is not good. There is no or almost no line that passes in front of the civic center. The parking lot is fairly large, so I think it can be stopped without problems unless it is a big event. Coco is where you go by car. There are few restaurants in the area, probably because it is slightly far from the station, and there is no need to walk a little at a convenience store. When the event is held, the shop inside will open, but you shouldn't expect it. It was renovated almost 10 years ago, so it doesn't feel old. It is the viewer to the last. I don't know the equipment on the performer side.
