★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スポーツプラザ内にあるトレーニング室は誰でも使えます。市民なら200円です。ただエアコンがなく、扇風機を自分の所に持っていって置かないといけない。とにかく夏は辛い。あと、自分的にマイナスだったのは上腕二頭筋を鍛える器具が殆ど無い。ダンベルもありません。自走式ランニングマシン、フィットネスバイク等々はあります。
Anyone can use the training room in the sports plaza. It is 200 yen for citizens. However, there is no air conditioner, and I have to bring the fan to my place. Anyway, summer is hot. Also, what was negative for me was that there was almost no equipment to train the biceps. There are no dumbbells either. There are self-propelled treadmills, fitness bikes, etc.

可もなく不可もなく不通の体育館ですが、施設は生活に保たれているので、使いやすいです。
