とても親切に案内してくれて、品を見極めていただき、とてもよい品を購入できました。大変満足です。
他より安いとおもいます。蛇料理は、たべませんでしたが、お店の雰囲気もよく。

以前はジャパンスネークセンター内のカフェでヘビが食べられたそうですが、人員不足で現在は提供しておらず、残念に思っていたところ、たまたまこちらを見つけてヘビにありつくことが出来ました。
マムシの姿焼きとシマヘビの蒲焼きを注文。
生きたヘビを箱から取り出して、目の前でさばいてくれました。エキサイティング。一緒に行った友人はゲンナリしてましたが。笑
マムシもシマヘビもどちらも美味しかったです。特にシマヘビが淡白な味わいで食べやすくてお気に入り。

ジャパンスネークセンターの帰りに寄りました。お客さんが自分達以外いなかったので、大将と奥さんが丁寧に色々と説明してくれました
マムシの姿焼きを注文したら"マムシの〆"？の工程を見せてくれるので面白いですよ。
少し値は張りますが行く価値は十分にあります。好奇心強めの方には特におすすめです
