熊野堂流鏑馬（やぶさめ）射手の復興に尽力高舘吉田の乗馬に塚があり、これは地元で「ごりんさま」と親しまれた駒王丸の墓です。駒王丸とは、名取郡にも所領を持つ鎌倉幕府の有力者、三浦義村の次男・光村の幼名です。三浦氏は、北条家との確執などから名取郡に流された後、北条氏によって滅ぼされました。駒王丸は熊野堂流鏑馬射手を復興したと伝えられ、その墓がこの地に伝えられてきました。 ■高舘川上字乗馬93-1

Efforts to revive the Kumanodo Yabusame archer There is a mound on the horseback riding of Takadate Yoshida, which is the tomb of Komaomaru, who was known locally as "Gorin-sama". Komaomaru is the childhood name of Mitsumura, the second son of Yoshimura Miura, a powerful figure in the Kamakura Shogunate who also has territory in Natori-gun. Mr. Miura was destroyed by Mr. Hojo after being swept away in Natori-gun due to a feud with the Hojo clan. 2022年の大河ドラマ「鎌倉殿の13人」で山本耕史さんが演じる三浦義村の四男・光村（幼名駒若丸）の息子・駒王丸の墓のようです。奥州平定後に、源頼朝から恩賞としてこの一帯が与えられたそうで、三浦一族も領地としたのでしょうか。駒王丸は三浦一族が滅ぶ宝治合戦で亡くなるので、この墓にその身があるかは不明ですが、このように墓を建てるということは地元の人々から慕われた人物だったのでしょう。南仙台駅近くの中田神社の傍らには「伊豆権現社」があり、この地に赴いた人々の故郷への想いが感じられます。流鏑馬神社自体は「かろうじて存在する」といった風情で誰が管理しているかもわかりません。風化して字も読めなくなりつつある石碑の数々、今のうちに記憶にとどめたいものです。

I don't even know who manages the Ryukauma Shrine itself because it has a "barely existing" atmosphere. I want to remember the many stone monuments that have been weathered and become unreadable.
