p	p q on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 信頼できそうなお店だったので、大切な１着を出しました。出す前はついていなかった5センチくらいの大きい茶色いシミがついて返ってきました。もう一度行ってついてなかったシミがあると説明し、無料再クリーニングとなりました。受け取りに行くと、シミが全然取れてない。なぜか訊くと、「うちでついたものではない」と...。口論になるのも嫌だし呆れて疲れたので、そのまま帰りました。もう２度と使いません。お気に入りの、とても大切な服だったのに。 2019/06/24追記返信有難うございます。記憶も記録もされなかったのですね。写真で思い出されるでしょうか。白のダウンです。少し前の事でしたが、泣寝入りも嫌なので投稿しました。何回もここにシミが、って指差して言っても「ああ、このファスナーの汚れですね」と違う所に問題をすり替えられるので「このシミ出す前はなかったんですけど」とハッキリと言っても最終的に「うちでついたものではない」という回答だったので、これは何を言ってもダメなんだなと思って時間の無駄だし引きました。そこでハッキリ言ってもダメだったのに今更何をしにまた何度も行かされるのでしょうか。貴店はその時にそれを仰るべきだったのです。しかしながら再度洗っても取れなかった、その上「うちがつけたのではない」と仰るのですから、もうこのシミは取れないのでしょう。また行っても意味ないですよね。心情的にも行きたくありません。ご返信は必要ありませんのでしないで下さい。残念ですが貴店の対応に対する当然の結果として受け止めて下さい。 As it was a shop that I could trust, I put out an important one.
