頭だけではなく、首、肩、肩甲骨と硬くなった筋肉を緩めてくれます。
私は特に肩甲骨が硬く痛みがあり辛かったのですが、術後は体が軽くなりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 片頭痛や肩こりに悩まされていたところ、一年ほど前に知人の紹介で、初めてドライヘッドスパを体験しました。美容室でのヘッドスパと比べると、じっくりと時間をかけて、背中～肩～首～頭と広範囲に施術してもらえるので、気持ち良さの長持ち感が全く違います。完全予約の完全個室でお一人様限定での施術なので、周囲を気にすることがない為、非常にリラックスできます。2か月おきぐらいでお世話になってますが、地方住みなので、頻繁に通うことができないのが残念です。

前回同様、ハンドマッサージ付きのコースをお願いしました。
もうサイコーでした。
ハンドマッサージ、お勧めです。
楽しくお話しもできて、心身ともにリフレッシュできました。
また、ほぐしてもらいに行こうと思っています。
3週間後のリピートとなります。
気持ち良さを満喫したくて、寝ないようにしていたのですが、何度か意識がなくなりました(笑)
自分では気づかないところが硬直していて、時間をかけてほぐしてもらいました。
こんな時期ですので、なかなか誰かと対面でお話することが難しいですが、そういった意味でも貴重で楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

いろんなリラクゼーションサロンを利用しますが、ここだけは寝落ちしてしまうくらい、癒されます。自分ではなかなかケア出来ない部分をほぐしてもらえるので、本当に気持ちよく軽くなります。施術前後にカウンセリングもあり、自分の症状を伝えて、実際に触っていただいた体の現状を比較出来るので、お家に帰ってからのケアにも役立ちます。
またメニューが増えるのを楽しみにしています(*'ω'*)

全身疲労が溜まっていたのですが、長年の不眠症があったのでどうにかならないかとお願いしたところ、気持ちよさは勿論のこと帰宅後下半身までもが緩んで楽になっていることとアクビを連発してることに驚きました。
首の凝り固まっていたのもかなり楽になっていました。
