少し早めに行ったのですぐ案内された。
ランチなのにお通しみたくチャーシューが出てきた。
麻辣刀削麺を注文。うーん、美味しくなくはないのだけど、長安が好き。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長さんがとても気さくで良い人。ランチもリーズナブルでとても美味しいです。ネギチャーシュー刀削麺と焼き刀削麺食べましたが、焼き刀削麺はジューシーなオイスターの旨味とコクの効いた焼きうどんみたいで、超オススメです。あと自家製ラー油も少しかけるとより一層美味しく食べられます！
The store manager is a very friendly and nice person. Lunch is also reasonable and very delicious. I ate green onion char siu sword-cut noodles and yaki-sword-cut noodles, but I highly recommend the yaki-sword-cut noodles because they look like juicy oyster flavor and rich yaki udon. You can also add a little homemade chili oil to make it even more delicious!
