A	A S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ （妻の利用時に）配車をお願いして、電話がかかってきてすぐに出たはずが怒鳴られました。配車係と運転手の連絡ミスで、運転手が数分まったそうですが、こちらは電話があってすぐに出たのにも関わらずです。そちらの連絡ミスは関係ないですよね？用事があったのと、妻と小さい子供だけでしたので、その場では事を荒げませんでしたが。運転も荒い最悪です。とりあえずここは絶対に使いません。 I asked for a ride (when my wife was using it), and I should have answered immediately after receiving a call. I've shown him the address, I've shown him the map on my phone, I told him the nearest station of the place where I had to go. I was very clear and the street was super easy (jusy go straight and turn RIGHT), but he turned left and he didn't did any U-turn for quite long. It can't be a mistake. So I stopped the taxi, I had to pay what he asked (I have the receipt) and I took another taxi. He didn't have any barrier from the driver and me...even if coronavirus is so common in Japan now. I have a photo of the driver's license and I even took few short videos.
