★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで見たパフェを食べたくて行ったのですが、店内にパフェなどのメニューは見当たらず、戸惑っていたら店員同士でこちらを見ながらクスクスと笑っていた。嫌な気持ちになったが、何も買わずに出るのも申し訳ないと思い店内の商品を見ていたらその店員と目が合った。しかしずっと笑われ、耐えられずにお店を出た。とても不愉快だった。妻はとても楽しみにしていたのにかなりガッカリしている様子だった。
 I wanted to eat the parfait I saw online, but I couldn't find any menu such as parfait in the store, and when I was confused, the clerk giggled while looking at me. I felt uncomfortable, but I felt sorry for leaving without buying anything, and when I was looking at the products in the store, I met the clerk. However, I was laughed at all the time and left the store unbearably. It was very unpleasant. My wife was looking forward to it, but she seemed quite disappointed.

どれもオシャレで綺麗なケーキで少し悩んでしまいました。
それがいけないのか早くしろよおせーなみたいな態度をされました。
店員同士でぽそっとなにか嘲笑するような雰囲気でここにしなければよかったと言う気持ちになり非常に残念でしたね。
お店は上品なのに店員は、という感じでした。
ケーキは美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワールボンボン公式アプリの誕生日クーポンを使って初めて来店してみました。
接客について中々な事が書かれていた為、どんな対応されるかちょっと心配だったのですが。
カウンターに2人居た女性は特に不快な事もなく極一般的な接客でした。
ケーキは美味しかったです。
WAON・Edyと言った電子マネーも使えて嬉しいです。

一部の店員さんは素晴らしい接客をしています。
ですが、今回接客をされた方は、友達がなかなかケーキが決まらず悩んでいると、あからさまに嫌そうな顔をして待っていたり、会計の時も無愛想でした。
マスクをしていても、声や表情で、しっかり分かります。お客様にお金を頂いている立場なのですから、気持ち良く接客していただきたいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鷹巣店にも良く行っていたので、秋田では良く利用します。
フレスポ内にあるため駐車場は多いですが、フレスポ内の駐車場の間隔が狭いのでちょっと不便です。
ケーキも焼菓子もどれも美味しく、お持たせにはよく愛ローズを購入しています。ケーキも美味しく、何より生クリームが美味しいです。
