ゆ	ゆうすけ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WonderGOOが撤退して、2021.07.08再オープンしました。お店の規模は小さくなりましたが、レンタル数はそんなに変わってないように思います。アニメ、ドラマ、映画をバランスよく扱っています。レンタルコミックもあるようです。オペレーションは残念な点が多いです。 4回ほど利用しましたが、TSUTAYAアプリで在庫ありのDVDを借りに行ったら棚にない、ということが２度ありました。１度は店内の検索機でも在庫ありだったので伝票を出して店員さんに渡しました。「しばらく前から見つからなくて…返却されているはずで店の中にはあるんですが…。」ということで、返却後に紛失しているようです。在庫管理もできないのに呆れましたが、「そういうのは在庫なしの表示にしてください」とお願いしたら「店内にあるのは間違いないのでできません」と。貸せないものでも店にあるものは在庫ありだそうです。非常にお粗末です。 WonderGOO has withdrawn and reopened 2021.07.08.
