★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レジ上部の壁に「ポイントカード入会」といった旨の掲示がありますが、これは嘘で、実際にはポイントカード入会・発行はしていません。併設してるTSUTAYAでのTカード入会を案内されるだけです。

速攻戻って説明したら、メーカーに問い合わせてくださいの一点張り。
しかも店員の態度の悪さよ。（短髪女）
初期不良の問い合わせ先の用紙を用意しているあたり、何か問題あるものを売ってる店なんだなと認識して以来買い物していません。
最近買い物した某大手チェーンのアフターフォローが超絶素晴らしかったので思い出して投稿。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜番の店員さん、細い男の人と背の低い太めの女性、ともに最悪です。
○日は買取価格10%アップ、という施策もこちらから言わないとわざと忘れたフリをして提示してきます。指摘すると面倒くさそうに対応。
他の方も接客について触れてますが、よくまぁこんな接客が許されるなとある意味感心します。中古ソフトもゲオなどに比べて高いし、買い取りも10%アップがあってようやく…といったレベル。近くのドンキにゲオがありますから中古ソフトを求めているならそちら推奨です。

Others have mentioned customer service, but I'm impressed in a sense that this kind of customer service is not allowed. There is Geo in the nearby Don Quijote, so if you are looking for used software, that is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今どきQRコード決済が使えない上に、TSUTAYA併設店舗にも関わらずモバイルTカードが使えないのは正直言って驚きました。
それを知っててさも当然のような細い男性店員の接客に逆にすごいなーと感心させられました。
To be honest, I was surprised that QR code payment cannot be used these days and that mobile T cards cannot be used even though the store has TSUTAYA.
Knowing that, I was impressed by the customer service of a thin male clerk who was just right.
