大	大和みけとら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三毛猫さんたちは元気で適度に人懐っこいのですが、担当スタッフさんが怖かったのでマイナス。しかし受付の別スタッフさんの応対が適切でしたので改善される期待をこめて★３つにしています。まず何度呼んでもなかなか出てこない。仕方ないのでそっと内扉を開けた瞬間に、一匹の猫ちゃんがふざけてロッカー室のロッカーに入ってしまって困っていたら、仏頂面の女性スタッフさんがやっと出てきて「開けないでください！」。何度もお呼びしたのですがとこちらが言ってもそれを無視してロッカーに荷物を置いてスタッフさんが呼ぶまで待機するようにと命令口調で。10分以上待たされました。その後もずっと険しい顔で睨んでいて怖かったです。しかし受付の方は愛想良くしっかりした方で、その方にその話をして「できればまた来たいと思っていますので今後改善頂ければ」とお伝えするとすごく親身に聞いてくださり謝ってくださって「明日店長が来ますのできっちりお伝えして対処致します」と仰ってくださいました。 The tortoiseshell cats are healthy and reasonably friendly, but negative because the staff in charge was scared. り	りんなりんな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 観光地で同じお店をよくみます観光客向けですねネコに悪い事しないよう監視されているような気がしてゆっくり出来ませんでした。宮島でも行った事あるのですが、同じく監視されているような気がしました受付の方は普通だったですが、ここ担当してる方は感じ悪かったです観光地、観光客向けならよけいにおもてなしの接客の気持ちをなくしてはいけないと思うのですがほんとにネコちゃんと遊びたいなら普通のネコカフェがおすすめです。 I often go to the same shop at a tourist spot It is for tourists Don't be bad for cats I felt like I was being watched and couldn't do it slowly. 蓮	蓮龍 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三毛猫ちゃんたちが超！！かわいいです。併設されている豆柴カフェと比べて人も少なくゆっくり楽しめました。猫ちゃんたちは触っても怒らないし優しい。かわいすぎてしつこく構ってしまっても大人しい。喧嘩するような子もいなくて平和な雰囲気でした。また行きます！ただ豚がずっと鳴いて走り回っててちょっと怖かったです The calico cats are super! !! cute. Compared to the attached Mameshiba Cafe, there were fewer people and I enjoyed it slowly. The cats are kind and don't get angry when they touch them. It's quiet even if it's too cute and persistent. 半	半田和美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他店の猫カフェではおやつあげる時だけ猫ちゃんくる　おやつなくなったら　よってこない　ｹﾄﾞこちらの三毛猫ちゃんたち　とてもなつっこくて逃げない　ただ豆豚さん　おっきくなってて豆豚じゃなく豚さんに（笑）あと店員さん　猫ちゃん　豚さんたち心配なのはわかるｹﾄﾞ他の人が書いてはるみたく　ガン見とゆうか睨みつけてるのが　気になった!動物好きなお客さんに悪い人いないんでそんな睨みつけなくても大丈夫かと・・・お客さんより店員さんをまず癒やしてあげたほうが良いかと（笑） At cat cafes in other stores, cats come only when you give them snacks. 山	山田太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まったく楽しめなかった！金返せ！ってか、店員ちゃんと仕事しろ！こっちはお金払って見にきてるねんから、ずっと寝てるブタ起こして、写真撮りましょうか〰️？とかもっとお客が楽しめるようにブタやら豆柴を動かせ！無料なら動物の気分で、じっとみとくけど、こっちはお金払ってるねんから、まったく寄っても来ない豆柴みてるだけは正直キツかったし、店員ももっと頑張ってほしかったわ。それに、８００円払ってるのに、あの雑なドリンクなに！？お客をなめすぎやろ！！ I couldn't enjoy it at all!
