When I came back from US in 2006, I personally shipped my VW Jetta 2001 model (bought in 2000) to Japan as well. The first and the biggest struggle I faced was to find a right shop to provide me the maintenance service. While those VW official dealers showed their cold shoulders to me, WIN's AUTO kindly offered me great help to repair the car despite the fact its engine was US-ONLY specs (V6 2800 cc).
Since then I have heavily relied on their services which are highly professional with very transparent/reasonable pricing.
9 years later and the end of 2015, my Jetta had reached its miles to over 120,000 and some key components got worn-down including the transmissions despite with Win's auto's great service. So my wife and I decided to say good bye to our best friend in 15 years and find a new one.
This is where Win's auto gave us another great help to find a right one through the car auction, now we got BMW 325i with very, very good conditions yet super reasonable price. I am sure this is going to be our new buddy in next 10 years and more.
As you can see, Win's auto's expertise on not only general mechanical/electrical repairing skill but also their specialties on foreign, especially German/European cars, are indeed superb.
I highly recommend this shop.
