レジで会計を済ませた後で出口を出たら、万引防止のアラームが発動。
店員を呼ぼうとしたら、「お客さん、鳴りましたね？」「盗りましたか？」と、あたかも盗んだかのような対応。
レシートを見せましたが、「一応通ってもらえます？」など、2,3回はやらされました。周りから変な目で見られるし、怒りを通り越して呆れました。
本社のようなところにも連絡し、本人にも指導をした、との連絡がありましたが、本人からは終始謝罪は無し。
どんな教育をすればそんな接客になるのでしょうか。危うく窃盗犯にさせられるところでした。
