しっとりした食感がとても良いです。
歌津には中々来れないので、ネット販売とかあると嬉しいですね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バームクーヘンが好きで買っていたが、全国ネットのテレビで有名になったらしく、その後ほぼ通販対応しかしてない。
店舗にわずかしか置かないので、地元の人や観光の方が一切買えなくなった。
通販用の箱が店内に山積みとなり、今や工場と化したなら、店をあける意味がないと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店は南三陸のハマーレ歌津にあります。
朝9時から開店していて、色々な種類のバームクーヘンや、たくさんの三陸のものがあります。
でも、日によってはバームクーヘンの種類が少なく、欲しいものが買えないことも。
私が行った時は、チーズバームとハードバームしかなく、ソフトバームなどを買うことが出来ませんでした。しかも、開店直後に入ったにもかかわらず、店頭に出ているものが少ない、商品が店頭に出ているものしかない、という…。
個数制限は人気だから仕方ないとはいえ、品薄状態をどうにかした方がいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チーズインバームとハードバーム食べました！結構甘いです。チーズインバームはすぐ食べれる状態のと冷凍が売られていました。甘かったので、冷凍買って半冷凍とかで食べるのが美味しそうだなと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お盆中にいってみました。コロナ禍のため、お客さんがあまり居なくて若干淋しい感じでした。バームクーヘンのハードとソフトの二種類買いました。どちらも美味しかったです。この日は、店員さんが一人で対応していたので大変そうでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バームクーヘンが人気のお店ですが、水産加工品会社の丸荒水産さんか営むお店で、店内には水産加工品も販売されています。水産加工品では「わこわさび」が有名ですが、銀鮭とイクラを麹で漬けた「伊達の銀 糀漬」が飛び抜けて美味しく、ご飯がすすみました。
お店は南三陸ハマーレ歌津の商店街の中にあり、駐車場も広く、各店舗営業時間がまちまちではありますが、丸荒・WHITE SHIPさんは朝9時から営業されているので観光で訪れてもとても利便性が良く助かります。
