★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダウンジャケットを出したところ普通のモコモコダウンがウルトラライトダウン並みにペラペラになって帰ってきた。触ると中で羽毛が塊になっていた。その場で良く確認する事をおすすめします。明日再度店舗に行くがどんな対応をするのか楽しみである。どんな対応であったとしても、このような仕事をしてする店には2度と出さないが。

When I put out the down jacket, the normal mokomoko down came back as fluffy as the ultra light down. When I touched it, the feathers were lumpy inside. We recommend that you check it on the spot. I will go to the store again tomorrow, but I am looking forward to what kind of response I will take. No matter what the response, I will never put it out in a store that does this kind of work.

ミスを認めず客の聞き間違いだと言われ、こんなに不愉快な思いをしたのは初めての経験でした。他にも被害者がいるのでは？
こちらに依頼したのが間違いでした。
クリーニング店は他にもたくさんあるので、二度と利用することはありません。
おすすめは絶対にできません。
