父から受け継いだ実家ですが、もう管理もできないし手放そうと考えていました。しかし、建物には価値がないので、更地にして土地を売ってしまおうと思い、家がある三郷市の解体業者へ問い合わせをして、解体してもらうことにしました。解体してもらうだけだから簡単だと思っていましたが、実際に話を進めていくと思っていた以上にやることが多くてビックリしました。それでも担当の方はきちんと対応してくれたので、お任せしていて安心できました。解体当日は正直、寂しいものがありましたが、跡形もなく綺麗な更地にしてくれました。おかげですぐに買い手も付き、財産の処分ができました。

埼玉県にある祖父母の家を解体工事することになりました。解体工事はもちろん初めてのことで、三郷市の解体業者については近隣で付き合いのあった方からご紹介いただき、こちらに伺いました。現場の方は堅物のイメージを勝手にもっていたのですがとても親切で丁寧な方が応対してくれました。解体工事代金についての算出方法を細かく説明してくれた時点で信頼できそうだと思いましたが、その勘は見事に的中したようで最初から最後まで真摯な対応をしていただき無事に解体工事を終えることができました。１番不安だった近隣住民への対応もしっかりしていたのでここに頼んでよかったです。
