ですが一方で人間性の良くない職員は顔を見て話せば伝わってきてしまいます。そういう職員は実名付きで時としてどうしても外部に漏れてますから、市役所全体で良心的になれるように気をつけましょう。

It took me a while to wait in line, even though there weren't many people there. There aren't many people working inside. Why is there some people who are free when looking at the back even though there is space?
