WEBから予約していても10分待たされたので、全く予約の意味がないです。
調剤室に4〜5人ウロウロしてるのに、なぜこんなに遅いのか本当疑問です。
他の調剤薬局で2〜3分で出てくる内容の薬が空いていても10〜15分絶対かかります。混んでいれば30分以上かかります。
また、お金がかかる内容の処方箋だったにも関わらずTポイントカードを出すと「え？お金かかりませんよね？？」と言われ呆れてしまいました。
「かかると思いますが？」と言うと慌てて書類を見直し「すぐ領収書を出します！」とまた3分待たされ…。
家が近いので時々使っていましたが、できる限り他の調剤薬局へ行こうと思います。

Also, even though it was a prescription that cost money, when I issued a T point card, I was amazed when I was told, "What? It doesn't cost money, right?"
When I said "I think it will take?", I hurriedly reviewed the documents and waited for another 3 minutes, saying "I will issue a receipt immediately!".
I used to use it from time to time because my house is near, but I will go to other dispensing pharmacies as much as possible.
