ちなみにこのあと現金支払いを行ったところ、おつりが足りなかった。領収書もなく外に出てしまったため、取り戻すこともできなかった。
２週間以内にネイルが剥がれたので手直しの依頼をしたが、悪びれもせずにすべて１からやり直すことを勧められる。１週間以内でないと無料の保証がないのはわかっているし、リペアは仕方ないのだが、形だけでも謝罪もなく高額なほうへの勧誘をされた。スケジュール確認とかいって一度電話を切り、別の担当者へつないだところ、手直しの数とオフの数をしきりにきいてきて（先の電話で当日相談とあれほど言ったのに。そもそも手直しするんだからオフの数も同じだろうに）料金確認を先にしてきた。なんだこの人と思い、別の担当者は？ときいたところ、「私が代表ですぅ～」。なるほどね。話にならない。

私も言えなくてまぁいいやって思っていたのも悪いですが、なによりも愛想が悪い。
コミュニケーションも取らないし、イライラしてるのかそんな感じの態度の人もいる。
電話対応も、聞いてて、友達と話してんの?って並に敬語をちゃんと使え。
お客様が来店したら、スリッパどうぞ！とかお出迎えがちゃんとしてない。
笑顔も愛想もない、スタッフの集まり。
誰1人いい人はいない。まだましな人は1人おるけど。友達と話してたら、甘皮ちゃんと取ってなくて痛いって言ってました。
もう行きたくないですw
