★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 某高級ブランド財布のチャックが壊れたので修理を依頼。交換になると言われ、ブランド名のチャームだけ残してスライダー部分を交換してもらいました。金色のYKKのかなりチープなものに交換してあったので、色の違いが際立つ仕上がり。まあ、それは仕方ないとしても、大事なブランドチャームがペンチで挟まれたせいか裏表ハゲている煩雑さに愕然。事前に説明もなく気づかなければ、黙って渡していっかという感じでしょう。金色部分がハゲて金属がみえる傷…大事にしていたので残念で仕方ない…チャームを触るたびにペンチのキズがザラっとして泣けてくる。
お金かかってももう専門店に出そう…交換し終わったスライダーも返っても来ず。いらないにしても返すのが常識です。
