★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このケーキ屋さんはお酒やフレーバーティーと相性が良さそうな、大人向けの味のケーキに力を入れている印象がある。実際客の年齢層は高めだろう。SNS映えする今めかしいケーキは少なく、奇をてらわない保守的なラインナップのケーキを、味の良さを売りに販売している店舗だと感じる。
値段はショウタニよりやや高めで、百貨店などでよく見かける価格帯に近い。
秋冬は和栗のモンブラン、夏は宮崎マンゴーやクラウンメロンなど、季節の素材を活かしたケーキが非常に美味。生クリームが美味しくスポンジも舌の上でふわりととろけ、ショウタニより値段は上だが味でも勝る印象だ。
最後になるが、ここのモンブランはとにかく美味しい。プティガトーだとロールケーキがベースの和栗のモンブランだが、ホールで頼むとマロンショートがベースになる。数年前のクリスマスケーキで選べたケーキなのだが、別にクリスマスでなくてもオーダーすれば作ってもらえるようだ。「モンブランのホールケーキ」、是非お勧めしたい。

Last but not least, Montblanc here is delicious. If it's Petit Gato, roll cake is the base of Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc, but if you ask at the hall, the base is marron shorts.
