私たちはお互い再婚同士で、主人は最初の結婚の時に式を挙げたのですが私がウェディングドレスを着たことがなく今回5年の節目としてウェディングドレスを着たいという私の思いに記念として写真を撮ることに賛成してくれました。
お互い2回目なので基本プランだけでお金をかけずにと思っていましたが、担当の方の進め方や私たちの思いに沿って接客してくださったら基本プランだけでは無く考える事が出来たのに担当の方は初めから、私たちがお金にならないと思っているのではないかと思えるような態度で、私のところはお金が高いとか、他の式場を見たほうがなど、何度も言われました。
私達はお金が無いから基本プランにしようとしたわけではありません…。
すごく不愉快な気持ちになりました。
それと、基本プランのドレスはあまり良い物では無いという進め方や、胸が大きくてドレスが合うか不安に思っているお客様に対し、「確かににいいものをお持ちですね」と、笑いながら言われた時はおどろきました。
結婚式場に初めて行き、式場の品格を疑いましたし、人生の一回に応援してくださってるとは思えませんでした。
どんなお客様でも親身に対応するのがプロだと思いますし、低料金の撮影だからといって雑に対応するのはプロとは言えません。
知り合いにも勧めたいと思わない式場でした。
