博	博士ハカセ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍影響で人員不足なのは分かるけど、最低限の仕事はして欲しいな。混雑で30分待ちとかは仕方無いけど、その間に出前館が2人来ても料理できてなくて、私が案内されてもまだできてない。料理頼むも大盛3なのに２つだけの提供（タブレットだから履歴も分かる）又、頼んだ料理が提供されず連絡してから作る始末。多忙でイライラしているのか、スタッフさんの笑顔は一切無かった。料理はまずまずなだけに惜しい気がする。 I understand that there is a shortage of personnel due to the influence of Corona, but I want you to do the minimum work. I can't help waiting for 30 minutes because it's crowded, but I couldn't cook even if two people came to the delivery hall during that time, and even if I was guided, I couldn't do it yet. Even though I asked for a dish, it was a great success, but only two were offered (because it is a tablet, I can see the history). Perhaps he was busy and frustrated, the staff didn't smile at all. I feel sorry for the food because it is reasonable.
T	Taka尾 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事関連の昼食時に初利用、というか和食さと自体初めての利用。ファミレスにありがちなプラパウチの通常メニューが数種類あり、メニューは豊富そうでタッチパネルで注文。お茶や水はドリンクバーコーナーにありセルフ仕様、ここまでは普通のファミレスとの印象。寒くなる時期はカキフライを食すことが楽しみなので、定食メニューのジューシー大粒牡蠣フライ(税抜999円)をオーダーしたが、ちっとも大粒でもジューシーでもなく、がっかり。子供じゃあるまいし、ファミレスのカキフライに期待しすぎる俺も俺だが、店舗で食したカキフライの中では間違いなくマイワースト3に入るだろう。こうなると他のメニューは、どんなものだろうと逆に気になる。 It's the first time to use it for work-related lunch, or rather it's the first time to use Japanese food. I'm not a kid, and I'm too expecting a family restaurant fried oyster, but I'm sure it will be one of my worst 3 fried oysters I ate at the store. When this happens, I'm curious about what the other menus are.

Shabu-Shabu Premium Course was delicious and had lots of variety. Very affordable for an all-you-can-eat course. Also, free drinks included in the course. Very friendly staff, though they don't speak english very well.
