遠鉄の不動産で契約すると、ここが管理会社になるのですが、仲介手数料はそれぞれ0.5ヶ月必要ですので、トータル１ヶ月分取られます。
It does not collect the town membership fee. The chief of the group is chosen from the tenants, and other residents' membership fees must be collected (four times a year).
