阪急春日野道駅を降りてすぐの高架下にあるお好み焼き屋。 自身の母親が学生時代から通うお店で私も良く利用していた。今回娘ちゃんもデビュー。 お好み焼きは月見焼き、焼きそば、焼きめし(そばめし)が文字通り写真通りの鉄板メニュー。 ソースが少し甘めなので一味やドロソースで辛味を調整。 昔に比べると少し味が落ちたようにも思えるが、やってみて焼きめしは絶品。 また帰神時に寄りたい。

トッピングを頼むとチャンポンと同じ値段だチャンポン頼めと言って、騙してぼってくる。 値段も高い割に美味くない。 ソースも酸っぱくて不味いし、生地もペラッペラ。 ここで食うなら九十九という商店街の中で食べる事をオススメで遥かに美味しい。 調理の店員の目つきも悪い。 注文されて嫌なら店やるなという感じしかしない。 ここが高評価なのが理解できない。 店員の身内か友人、もしくは店員が捨て垢でやってんじゃないのか? 実際全然微塵も美味くないぞ、量内容共に見合わないくそ高いぼったくり値段だぞ

そばめしが最高に美味しい という噂を聞きつけ訪問 ここでは、そばめしという名前ではなくヤキメシ ヤキメシ注文するとそばめしが出てきます それだけでは寂しいので すじモダン焼きも注文 店内満席で外で待ってる時に注文を聞いてくれました お店の中に入って座ったらすぐにモダン焼き登場 ソースたっぷりのモダン焼き 甘辛のソース このソースがめっちゃ美味しい 生地はふわふわ めっちゃ美味しいモダン焼き そばめしの期待が高鳴ります お目当てのそばめしは ボリュームたっぷり キャベツが米粒サイズまで小さくカットされてます 終盤になるとお焦げが出来てきて それがまた美味いんですよね ザ昭和な雰囲気で 絶品のヤキメシ(そばめし)とモダン焼き 最高でした

モダン焼きは間違いなく、神戸でナンバーワンです。焼きめしはそばメシです。わが家の焼きめしは醤油味で焼いてもらいその上にソースをかけて頂きますね。味変になって、更に美味しく頂けます。

昔、春日道で働いていた頃に毎週通っていましたがその後転職して行かなくなり25年…。 ずっと記憶にあった「ひかりや」のオムそばを超える店を探すも出逢えずあの味が忘れられず妻を連れて2021年再訪。 お店の外見は当時から若干リフォームされていると感じるものの、店内のアイランドキッチンみたいなお店の真ん中にある焼き台も座席も当時のまま。オムそばもそばめしも当時のまま。値段も多分25年前のまま。 少し小さくなったと感じるオムそばだけど原価も物価も上ったし全然問題無し。一口食べて一切ブレないその味に25年前の記憶が一瞬で蘇り感無量。いや本当に涙が出る程美味しくて感動しました。 ひかりやに限らず飲食店はコロナ渦で今は大変でしょうが頑張っていただきたい。 私の中では年老いてもずっと通い続けたい、最も大好きで最高に美味しいお好み焼き屋さんです(笑)
