u	unknown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生、看護師さんともとても感じよく素晴らしいです。優しく説明も丁寧で、テキパキと気持ちよく診察をしてくださいます。大変でしたね、と親を気遣う言葉までかけてくださりほっとする先生です。雰囲気がいいので子供も怖がりません。ただ受付スタッフのサービスマインドは少し低いように感じます。受付の説明不足だったことに対してこちらが100%悪いような言い方をされ、言わなくても良いようなことまで嫌味のように発言されました。一応謝罪した上で、説明がなかったこと、こちらとしても事前に言って欲しかったことを伝えると『はい、はい、わかりましたー』と流され驚きました。すみませんの一言もなく、大変不愉快でした...。その後電話対応など観察しましたが人によって態度が違うようでした。フロー通り進むことに対しては機嫌がよく、イレギュラーなことにはイライラしている様子が伝わってくる感じです。先生と看護師さんが素晴らしいだけに病院の顔である受付の印象が悪いというのは本当に勿体ないです。是非、応対品質の改善を目指していただきたいです。 Both the teacher and the nurse are very pleasant and wonderful. When they are checking my child, the process is complete even for the simple disease. Please booking first before you come since this place is popular and almost crowded everyday. Location is about 10 minutes from station by walking. And in the same floor of this clinic building, there is pharmacy available to buy drugs that the doctor has been prescribed. So it's very convenient.
