★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手続きを知らないために本庁に電話しているのか、長く待たされました。そのあと、間違った情報を上から目線で告げられ、言葉遣いにも市民を尊重する気持ちが全く感じられませんでした。6年前に訪れたときは好印象だったので、担当者によるのかもしれませんが、市民の立場に立って仕事をしてほしいと思います。
I had to wait for a long time, probably because I was calling the main office because I didn't know the procedure. After that, I was told the wrong information from above, and I couldn't feel any respect for the citizens in the wording. When I visited there 6 years ago, I was impressed, so it may depend on the person in charge, but I would like you to work from the standpoint of a citizen.
