池	池山龍一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 独自の味付けは好きな人にはハマる可能性あり食べログが発表している焼肉百名店EAST2020でも百名店入りしている同店。2018年オープンと新しいお店ですが、短期間で評価を上げているのには理由があるのでしょう。名古屋にて仕事をする際にはランチで利用してきました。食べたのは、わにく盛りランチ　(切り落とし) 追加料金払って、特選タン一枚特選ハラミ一枚を食べました。このわにくですが、肉への味付けが独特なアプローチで攻めてきていますね。つけダレだけ出てきたときは、甘めのタレだなーーと思うだけでしたが、肉が到着してびっくり、下味となっているもみダレと共にかなり大量にあらびきの「コショウ」がかけられています。コショウをふんだんに使った味付けはかなり珍しいと思います。焼きあげると、タレが甘いなかでコショウの風味が効いており、これはこれであり。銀座の某高級ステーキ屋では、和牛にコショウは合わないという言葉も飛び出しているようですが、個人的には焼肉のような食べ方ではありな味付けだとは思います。ただ、いかんせんタレが甘く、そして肉達の脂も甘いため食べ進めると結構キツイ。それを見越してのコショウ大量投入なのかもしれません。ユニークな味わいはハマる人にはハマることを意味します。まずはランチでも良いので一度食べてみると、店の方向性と自分の好みを照らし合わせることができると思います。 Unique seasoning may be addictive to those who like it The 100 famous yakiniku restaurant EAST 2020 announced by Tabelog is also one of the 100 famous restaurants. 大	大塚琉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、コースを予約しました。初っ端から絶品のしゃぶしゃぶを提供され、続いて「あぁこれは美味しいけれどもしかして全体的には少し物足りない感じかな」と思わせるような上品な量の前菜や一品ものが続いたと思ったら、後半で圧倒されるくらい美味しいお肉を提供していただきました。胡椒でパンチを利かせたお肉がありましたが、コース後半で提供されるサシの入ったお肉にも関わらず大変美味しく味わうことができました。あの胡椒は肉の臭み消しというわけではなく、ある程度胃が満足してきたところで肉を口に入れた時に感じるあぶらの重たさを中和してくれていたのではと考えています。最後に提供されるご飯も、三つ葉をとても爽やかに利かせていてコースの最後に大変嬉しい絶品でした。相方の記念日にと予約をさせていただいたのですが、大正解でした。少しお値段は張りますが、あの満足感を味わう為にまた足を運びたいと思えるお店です。 I booked a course the other day.
