★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所に子供の異様な鳴き声が毎晩聞こえていたので夜間に「いちはやく」にダイヤルしてみたものの、組織と名前を名乗らない、タメ口で対応したりと気分の悪い思いをした。また、仕事の関係で立ち寄ることもあるが職員は基本的にダラダラした動きで緊張感の欠片もない。そんなザマで子どもたちに何かあったら守れるのか。

本気で聞いてくれているのかわからない
ダルそうな対応
後日その対応について、子どもも大人も
安心出来る対応を心がけて欲しいと
連絡したところ、謝罪や改善についての
言及もなく、僕のフルネームを
聞かれただけでした。
指導員の質が昔に比べてかなり落ちているなと
実感しました。
言葉遣い、職員としての自覚を持ってください。
電話越しでも伝わりますよ。
