正直、この様な保育園にはお子さんを預けない方が懸命です。

今の涌谷町はもぅ終わりやね。

パワハラ理事長の運営する保育園みたいですね。運営会社は｢社団福祉法人 涌谷みぎわ会｣というみたいですかね。
医療現場でも看護師への待遇が悪く、結果として患者にそのツケが回ってくるニュースを見ます。
保育でも同じです。最終的には園児に全てがかかってきます。親御さんは自分の大切なお子さんをこのような劣悪な会社から守ってあげてください。
保育士さんには罪はないです。少なくとも子供が大好きで仕事をしているはずです。
運営が悪いだけです。
少しでも早く解決ができるよう祈っております。
