家族で見学に行きましたが、スタッフさんも皆さん親切で子どももすっかりなついていました。
気になることは教えてくれるけど、必要以上にガンガンくる感じじゃないのが自分には心地よかったです。
見た目のカッコよさやオシャレさだけでなく構造などにもこだわりを感じて安心感、信頼感を持てました。
何社か見学した中では、モデルハウスもスタッフさんの人柄も一番良かったと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフ皆様一人一人が親切に対応して頂きました。こちらの無理な要望や新築完成してからも細かい配慮、修理などにも対応して貰え、家が完成したら終わるのでは無く最後の最後まで親切に対応して頂き非常に満足しました。
新築の方もこちらの要望などに真剣に考えて頂き提案してもらえます。自分達の理想の家、夢が叶いました。
一生に一度の買い物ですが、もう一度購入できるのであれば是非再度お願いしたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新築を建てていただきました。きっかけは通りすがり気になってモデルハウスにいきなりお邪魔した事です。いくつか相談していた会社があったのですが結果WAKUWAKUハウスさんにお願いしました。
色々細かくわがままを言いましたが希望通りの家に仕上がり満足しています。社長含めスタッフみなさんが親身になって相談を聞いてくれたことがご依頼する決定になったと思います！わからないことだらけで怖いですからね、、、完成までにかなりの時間打ち合わせをしたと思います、大変でしたが満足いく結果になってよかったと思ってます。
これからもメンテナンス含めてお世話になると思いますが
よろしくお願いいたします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初はモデルハウスの見学に行きました。スタッフさんがみんな感じ良くて、モデルハウスもとてもおしゃれで性能のこだわりも感じられ、とても好印象でした。
お金のセミナーがあったり、FPさんとお話してしっかりお金の不安を解消してから、やっと家づくりの相談に入るという順序ですすめてくれるので、安心して楽しく家づくりが出来るなぁと思いました。
シロアリに食べられない柱とか呼吸するクロスの実験とかも面白かったですけど、
収納アドバイザーがいて、間取りの収納を収納アドバイザーがチェックしてくれるところがかなり魅力的です！
