担当の営業の方も実際に作業してくれた業者さんも全体的にいい仕事をしてくれました。お陰様で家も蘇り満足です。
惜しむらくはこちらの会社が定期的に開催しているリフォーム祭りと称するイベントに行くとなかなかのアウェー感が漂っていることです。受付の女性スタッフが非常に愛想が悪く言葉足らずで不愉快だったと家族がこぼしておりました。
自分が担当した訳じゃなくてもここのお客様であることに変わりはない訳だからある程度は分け隔てなくフレンドリーに接するべきだと思います。
まあ総評としてはちゃんとした会社なので他の人にも機会があれば紹介してもいいかな。今後もよろしくお願いします。

Unfortunately, there is a feeling of away when I go to an event called "reform festival" that this company regularly holds. The family complained that the female staff at the reception was very unfriendly and uncomfortable with too few words.
Even if you are not in charge of yourself, you will still be a customer here, so I think that you should treat you kindly and without being divided.
Well, as a general comment, since it is a decent company, I would like to introduce it to other people if they have the opportunity. Thank you for your continued support.
