★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的に夜食材が足りなくなった時に来店しますがここのレジの方は非常に不愉快です。
不愉快の理由は客がレジで５、６人待っているのにレジ担当が一人しか居らず応援に来ることもありません。
たとえ応援の方が来ても２番目に並んでいる人を無視し、開放したレジに着いた客の接客をします。店員同士のコミュニケーションが全く取れておらずただただ客を待たしても謝罪はありません。あなたが一人でレジを行い頑張っている感を出しても無意味というのがレジのバイト共は理解できていません。
レジで並んでいる人の時間を奪っていることを店員共は理解して行ってもらいたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段18時近くに来店するのですが、かなり接客態度が悪いです。五大用語を言うのはチェッカーのみで品出ししている店員は一切無し。そのチェッカーも聞き耳たてなきゃ聞こえないくらいの声。(一部のチェッカーはしっかり言っております)コロナ禍だから仕方ないと思ったら店員同士の私語ははっきり聞こえてる声量。価格にしてもそこまで安いイメージないですし、付近に大手が進出してきたらまず潰れるかと思います。あと、冷凍ケースがよく故障しております。

The checker has a voice that you can't hear unless you listen to it. (Some checkers say it firmly.) If you think it can't be helped because it's a corona virus, you can clearly hear the private language of the clerk. Even if it is a price, I do not think that it is so cheap, and I think that it will collapse first if a major company enters the vicinity. Also, the freezing case is often out of order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PB食品はCGCブランドですが、品揃えや価格は比較的普通。地元の小さめな店舗なので過剰な期待は禁物ですが、日々何かしらちょっとしたセールは欠かしていないので重宝しています。
PB food is a CGC brand, but the product lineup and prices are relatively normal. It's a small local store, so don't expect too much, but it's useful because I don't miss any small sales every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ボソボソ喋る男の店員が普通にイラッときて気持ちのいい接客をしていただけたらありがとうなどのお礼は言うが客に対してこのような態度を取っていたので私は無言でお釣りを受け取りました。この店は接客の講習など行っていないのでしょうか基本どの店員も無愛想だし居心地が悪いです
I would like to thank the clerk of the man who talks sloppyly for giving me a pleasant customer service, but I took such an attitude toward the customer, so I silently received the change. Isn't this store offering customer service classes? Basically, all the staff are unfriendly and uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 周りにライバル店がいないから生き残ってるだけだと思います。ゴボウが安売りの値札だったので買った。あとでレシート見たら、安くなってなかった。店内でレシート確認しないと恐ろしい。
他の方も言ってますが、接客態度などを期待してはいけません。イラつくだけ。昼はパートさんで悪くないと思います。通路は店員が優先で、客が道を譲ります
I don't think there are any rival stores around, so I think I'm just surviving. I bought it because the burdock was a bargain price tag. When I saw the receipt later, it wasn't cheap. It's scary if you don't check the receipt in the store.
As others have said, don't expect customer service. Just frustrated. I don't think it's bad for a part-time worker during the day. The clerk gives priority to the aisle, and the customer gives way.
