When I went for picking up, I found it wasn't cleaned up at all (All stain around sleeves and pockets parts was not removed). I asked them to clean them up, one old lady said in Japanese " we clean it anyways!" in very rude way. - I understand Japanese. Very disappointed as I know Japan mostly provide pretty good service.. Do not go there for heavy cleaning Jacket! I paid around 4000 yen with almost same condition when I brought.
