誠意あるアフターフォローをさせて頂きたいと本当に考えるなら、誤投稿と決めつけて削除を求めるべきではないと思います。お客の感想を一般論で謙虚に受け止めたほうが大人の対応と思いますよ。

対応は至極真っ当だとおもいました。
別の業者さんに現物をみてもらい対応してもらいました。
