私は心臓疾患持ちで通常のラーメンに変えてくれることはないが。大豊記さんはしてくれた。

日替わり麺は、豚バラとキクラゲの醤油ベースの餡がかかったラーメンと小鉢、天心、半ライスと杏仁豆腐のチョイス。
ラーメンは、醤油が立ってスープと餡でけっこうしょっぱい?それを太麺で食べるのはさすがにキツかった。天心はその辺のスーパーで買ってきたような焼売の味、餃子は大きくて中に海老がゴロゴロ入ってボリュームがありそのままでも十分美味しいが、具の旨味を味わい終わると口の中に皮が残り後味が皮の味になってしまう。美味しかったのは小鉢の和え物と杏仁豆腐。山椒の香りが利いていてラーメンの麺と合わせても美味しかった。
