秋になると紅葉が綺麗です。
なお、ホクト文化ホール、県立長野図書館、信州大学工学部、長野駅、ビッグハットなどに近いためか、イベントがあると満車になってしまう時があります。
(新型コロナウイルス流行中の2020/11/23現在はイベントが減りまくったり観客を減らされた結果か、駐車台数が減っています)
