受付の女の感じの悪さは本当に接客辞めるべきほどだし、薬剤師も偉そう

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣の建物が、小規模ながら眼科を始め内科や整形外科、透析センター、リハビリ施設が凝縮されているため処方薬をもらうのにちょうどよい距離にある。眼科が土曜日午前中診療しているので、此処も土曜日は開けていてありがたい。眼科の目薬関係が多いようだが、やや薬剤師の説明が足りない気がする。場所がら高齢者が多いので分かりやすく説明が欲しい。
The building next door is just a short distance from prescription medicines because of the concentration of ophthalmology, internal medicine, orthopedics, dialysis centers, and rehabilitation facilities. The ophthalmology department is open on Saturday morning, so it's also open on Saturday. There seems to be a lot of eye drops related to ophthalmology. There are many elderly people in different places, so I would like an easy-to-understand explanation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の方達が、とても親切で安心感のある店内でした。クリニックの横にあるのでとても助かります！店内にコスメもあり待っている間に色々試すことまで来たり押し売りの様な営業もないので気軽に話せて楽しく待てました。雑誌や子供の絵本もあるので子連れで行けるのもそお気に入りです。
The shop staff were very kind and reassuring. It's next to the clinic so it's very helpful! There are cosmetics in the store, and while I'm waiting, I come to try various things and there is no sales like selling, so I could talk casually and wait happily. There are also magazines and children's picture books, so I also like being able to go with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフは感じが良く嫌な感じはしないんだけど、数年通っていて最近感じるのはお客とコミュニケーションを取ろうとしてるのはすごく良いことですが、処方薬をもらう時に何かしら質問をしてくれるのでそれに返事をしてもその先が続かず、あれ？今何のために質問されたんだっけ？って薬を手渡された後よく思います。新しい人も増えて雰囲気を良くしようと一生懸命なんだろうなとプラスに捉えてはいますが、せっかく会話をしてくれるなら最後までって思ってます。
The staff feels good and doesn't feel unpleasant, but what I've been feeling lately for several years is that trying to communicate with customers is really good, but they ask me some questions when I get prescription drugs. Even if I reply to it, the future does not continue, is that? What were you asking for now? I often think after being handed the medicine. I think it's a plus that the number of new people is increasing and I'm trying hard to improve the atmosphere, but I think it's up to the end if you can have a conversation.
